Terms and Conditions

P.L.A.Y. Terms and Conditions is like a contract between you and I (P.L.A.Y.'s Campers and Participants). The following is a general set of rules to be followed by all campers and their parents:

• No refunds.  If an illness or emergency arises, the purchased camp will be credited towards another camp.
• Please email us at to notify us of the situation and to coordinate necessary actions.
• No fighting or disrespect will be tolerated; P.L.A.Y. has a zero tolerance for any type of violence, bulling, or anything that can be construed in this manner.
• Everyone has the right to be treated with respect and is expected to treat everyone else with respect.
• Campers are instructed to be left with Camp Instructors..
• Parents or Guardians are welcome to leave and get rest or stay and P.L.A.Y.
• Parents are to leave instruction with P.L.A.Y. staff on the releasing of their camper(s) to the appropriate guardians at the end of the camp..
• Parent must notify P.L.A.Y. with any special needs or instruction for their camper.
• Campers are going to get messy and have fun, P.L.A.Y. is not liable for any damaged clothing or bags.
